ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI)
announced today that it has been ranked second on the fourth annual
Monster and Military.com Best Companies for Veterans List for its
dedication to providing jobs for veterans. The list, which crosses
information technology, defense, government, transportation, and
consulting industries, is based on nominations from veteran hiring
experts of best-in-class companies with proven veteran hiring and
retention practices and self-reported data from the nominees on
percentage of 2018 veteran hires, total hires, and additional veteran
support initiatives.
A new entrant to the Monster and Military.com Best Companies for
Veterans List, CACI earned the high ranking because of its strong
percentage of veteran hiring, with 47 percent of new hires in 2018 being
veterans. Another selection factor was the composition of CACI’s
workforce, with more than 37 percent of employees being veterans or
current members of the National Guard and Reserves. CACI also ranked
high for its focus on assisting veterans as they transition into the
corporate world with mentorship opportunities, a Veterans Employee
Resource Group, specialized skill enhancement programs, and job
opportunities in fields closely aligned with their military occupational
specialties.
Ken
Asbury, CACI’s President and Chief Executive Officer, said, “At

military veterans to continue their mission in serving our nation. We
have a rich tradition of recruiting and hiring veterans as part of both
our culture and our business. We know that veterans have the skills and
