New Work for CACI Will Help Army Develop, Deliver More Secure
Applications
ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
CACI International Inc (NYSE
MKT: CACI) announced today that it has been awarded a $25 million
contract to provide software application development and sustainment
support for the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command’s (CECOM)
Software Engineering Center (SEC). The three year contract represents
new work in CACI’s Command
and Control market area.
The mission of the CECOM SEC is to ensure operational readiness by
developing, providing, integrating, and maintaining Army command and
control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and
reconnaissance (C4ISR), logistics, and business software. Under the
contract award, CACI will provide application development and
sustainment for a wide range of Army enterprise software applications,
ranging from historical record-keeping to financial management systems.
